Redstone touchs and dropers/despensers.

When using the droper or despenser in the latest snapshot if you have a drop/despenser on a wall you must place the touch 2 with a 1 block space for it to fire.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a droper/despenser on a wall
2. try to activate with a redstone touch abvoe it it will not.
3.try to place a redstone touch above it this time with a space bettwen them and it fires
