Missing Chorus Flower Sound Events

Even though snapshot 15w47b introduced many new sounds, two sounds relating to the Chorus Flower are still missing.

Game Output log lists the following:
[Client thread/WARN]: Missing sound for event: minecraft:block.chorus_flower.death

[Client thread/WARN]: Missing sound for event: minecraft:block.chorus_flower.grow
