Beacons Create blue outlined potion effects on the right side.

When I set up a beacon , I saw the potion effect box to the right was blue! Other effects are not blue in their boxes, and when a potion of the same type is drank, the blue stays blue for the duration of the potion regardless of distance from the beacon
