sounds and music error.

2 bugs whit the sounds:

*/playsound command no function.
example:
*using /playsound ramdom.orb @p ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 the sound not play.
notes:
*this bug has reported.

*music (in-game or in the menu) not play whit music volume.
how to reproduce:
*wait 5 minutes in game or 30 seconds in the menu (waiting this time the music has played)
