Throwing a splash potion of any kind will throw a splash water bottle instead

I was going to throw a splash potion of weakness at a zombie villager , but it ended up throwing a splash water bottle instead
Steps To reproduce:
1-Get a splash potion of any kind
2-Throw it
3-It would throw a splash water bottle instead
