"/summon WitherSkull" and "/summon Fireball" returns "Unable to summon object"

When I type the following commands
/summon WitherSkull
and
/summon Fireball

It returns the following message:
"Unable to summon object"

I don't know if it's a bug or not. But at least I'm reporting this.
