Armorstands don't display elytra

To recreate:
place down an armorstand
stand near the armorstand
/replaceitem entity @e[type=ArmorStand,c=1] slot.armor.chest minecraft:elytra
To prove it's on the armorstand, take an open hand and click on the chest area of the armorstand and the elytra will be given to you.
