Animal Heads Behave Strangely in Boat Passenger Seat

The heads of animals when in the passenger seat of a boat behave very strangely and sporadically, moving at extreme angles.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.) Place an Animal in a boat.
2.) Enter the boat after the Animal.
3.) Enter 3rd Person POV.
4.) Move the boat in different directions.
