The Buffer Bug (STILL GOING, IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED IN PREVIOUS THREADS)

I keep getting this crash constantly and has come to the point where I can't play any minecraft server. It KEEPS saying this (it doesnt crash, just goes to the launcher)
