EXTREME LAG each week

I had extreme lag while using ResourcePacks and I posted it here, then, a moderator said to me that I had to reinstall my drivers... Ok, everything is good, but a couple of days after that, Minecraft gives me an error of hrspidd:(numbers) And a day after that, I have the same error of the beginning.

The solution is to reinstall the drivers, but it's annoying to do it every time... A definitive solution?
