Detecting Rotation Cannot Wraparound

Attempting to detect the rotation of a player facing north will fail.

To test, I ran the following commands:

/testfor @a[ry=158,rym=-158]

This command produces an output if the player is facing north and is currently using Minecraft 1.8.

However, it fails in 1.9 snapshot "15w45a" (does not produce output).
