Entitys randomly disappearing(possibly dieing)

I could not reproduce this error, but sometime an entity in my world disappears, for example i have a cow farm with about 100 cows in it, and after a while of working, the cows just disappeared, That happend in version 15w43a.
But, in the newest version, i saw my farming villager disappear.
