Invincible Player and Block Collision problems.

Blocks aren't properly colliding with the player, I tried to open my door, whilst I was able to I wasn't able to walk through the open door, also seeing this I started breaking blocks, under me around me, all over, I stood on air and it prevented me from walking through the broken blocks. My rabbits were able to walk freely through the broken blocks but I was unable to. Upon further investigation it would seem the "Invincible Skeleton" Bug has moved to the player entity as I was unable to take damage of any kind.
