Chunks dont load in minecarts

*What I expected to happen was chunks to load in the minecart
Describe what you thought should happen here

*What actually happened was that they didn't load and i was suspended in darkness

I was suspended in darkness and i couldn't move
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ride a minecart for 100 blocks or up
2. stay in the minecart
3. you should see black ahead and you will be stuck in the same spot
