Off hand items don't work

Hi,

There is probably already a bug report out there covering the same issue as mine, but i couldn't find it or at least a clear explanation of the issue here.

So this is whats actually happening: if i put a tool or weapon in the off hand slot i cant use it (right-click and nothing happens).
It does work with torches tho.

I also looked in the controls menu to see if theres a key binding for the off hand but i didn't find it.

Is this an intentional update or an actual bug.
