the same chunks of world get repeated and tp ALL over the place

the same chunks of world get repeated and tp ALL over the place

I log off with my buddy than when we get back on LAN the chunks start tping all over the place
I think it should NOT tp all the chunks over the place

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log off lan
2. join lan host
