Beets taking over other crops in villager farms

Normally villagers will plant a variety of foods.

Now with beets and beet seeds added, it appears that if villagers slowly convert all other crops to beets.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a village that has all crops available
2. Wait
3. Keep waiting
4. Wait a little more
5. Notice all crops are now beets
