Minecart Bug - 15w44b

>> It occourred in a 15w44b server, I don't know if it glitches in singleplayer.

If you use Minecart during some seconds, it glitches and you can't move or exit the vehicle. I had to disconnect to debug it.
It glitched in the nether.
