Armor HUD Disappears After Travelling to a Different Dimension

When you travel to another dimension, your armor HUD above your hotbar disappears. You can get the armor display back by changing your current armor (taking item out of armor slot and placing it back in). I've provided screenshots, as well as a Manual Debug Crash Report log.
