Pre-generated end crystals are invulnerable

If you attempt to shoot or hit an ender crystal that is generated in the end with a bow and arrow or sword in survival mode it won't be destroyed and your arrow will become invisible and will bounce off of the ender crystal. Hitting the end crystal doesn't explode it either.

Respawning the dragon produces vulnerable end crystals so this is definitely a bug.
