[MC-91714] Pressure Plate keeps activated if a player disconnect while pressed the same CONSOLE VERSION ONLY

1 - Failure just using the server version

2 - Place a pressure plate on top of a Redstone Lamp (picture)
3 - disconnect from the game while pressing the pressure_plate
4 - return to the map and notice that the pressure_plate keeps activated
