Minecraft can't be played

On Windows 10 64bit operating system I open the launcher, press play, wait for it to load and it comes up with the attached crash report. I have tried it a few times and every time it comes up with this crash report. It also doesn't work on 1.7.10 so presumably Minecraft doesn't work at all on Windows 10 64bit. I have tried it on Windows 10 32bit
