Enchantment costs are too high

I think the costs for repairing a enchanted pickaxe with three diamonds are too high. And making one pickaxe out of two(similar enchantments) is impossible: too expensive.

Note: It costs only 3 XPs to enchant a new pickaxe..

I'm running 12w42a in Multiplayer.
