Pistons powered from too high

1) A redstone signal traveling two blocks above a piston powers the piston. When the signal is destroyed, the piston must be updated manually.
2) A redstone signal traveling into or past the air-block above the air-block directly above a piston powers the piston. When the signal is destroyed, the piston must be updated manually.
