Minecraft wont save chunks that im not on of my world or wouldnt save anythithing

1. I went in 15w43c snapshot
2. made survival world
3. started and made house
4. relogged
5. my house was overgrown by tree that i builded it on and like tree spawned in it and deleted almost whole house
