Random teleportation before passing through a Nether Portal

Besides a constant teleporting between Nether and Overworld (MC-90605), when the portal works, it seems to teleport you in a random position (in the Nether) before crossing the portal.
Happening only from Nether to Overworld.

Consequences: Suffocation, lava, falls, and so on...
