Minecraft screen is zoomed in

I wanted to make the game crash to i pushed f3+c while in full screen

Instead it caused my minecraft fullscreen to bug and constantly be zoomed in to where the right hand of the player is 3/4 off the screen and the hot bar is off screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Push f3+c
2. Hold for 6 seconds in full screen
3. Game should freeze then crash
