Can't tame horses

I can't tame horses in the new snapshot

I got on a horse to tame it but he didn't kick me out when I was on him like he should have done, so I wasn't able to tame him

Step to reproduce:
1. Mount à wild horse in survival
2. He doesn't kick you out
