Speed Potion Doesn't Work On GameMode Creative

Hi Mojang Team !

When I am in the creative gamemode and When I drink a potion of speed, it does not give me the effect of speed or JumpBoost. In here is the proof on the screen shot

I'm on Java 8 1.8.60, and I'm on Minecraft Snapshot 15w43a
