"Packet was larger that expected bug" on server

I'm on my 15w43a server, and my server kicks me out. The server doesn't crash as well as my client. I found several ways how it crashes:

• Spawning mobs using eggs
• Places blocks
• Firing arrows
• Being hit by arrows
