Rendering Distance problems. Chunks are 100 blocks away seems to be right next to me? please help me

Chunks are 100 blocks away seems to be right next to me

I thought the rendering would work as usual. but nope

The render distance glitched out and when i unpaused minecraft it was random chunks everywhere

I can not explain this but it has happened to other people too
