Game crashes when I click on "Save and quit to title."

Game crashes whenever I press "Save and quit to title." I do not know when this ha started happening but it is pretty annoying especially because I have to long-press the power button and wait for it to shut off. I cannot Shut down with the option in the tab on the far top left side.

Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this problem?
