crash when opening inventory and after placing blocks in creative and occasionally in survival .

I expected to be able to open my inventory and place blocks just fine and go on playing

The game crashed soon after opening my inventory. also crashed soon after I started placing blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to creative
2. try to open inventory or place blocks
3. it acts normally for a few seconds and then crashes
