Elytra works on mobs, but dosen't render on them.

What I expected to happen was...:
Elytra renders and works on mobs.

What actually happened was...:
Elytra worked on mobs but did not render.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put Elytra on zombie using command blocks
2. Push zombie off cliff
