mobs can glitch through walls

ever since i started to play minecraft at version 1.2.5 the mobs glitching through walls bug has been present. i discovered of the bug when i made my first mob farm. i was freaking out when i saw mobs glitching through. This is a very annoying bug that i would like to have fixed by 13w06a
