Cloud Transparency is wrong after y = 127

As you can see on Screenshot 1, the Cloud behind the glass (dont confuse with the wool) is rendered correctly on height 126.. But on 2 (height 131), it's rendered wrongly.

No mods, no resourcepacks, vanilla.
