Sticky pistons occasionaly do not retract a block which they have pushed

Using Docm77's enderman farm design, sticky pistons can occasionally extend the block in front of them, however not retract it. I had heard that this bug had been fixed a while ago however, it is still present (Pressure plate leading to a red stone dust/repeater into a block with the piston on it)
