Character comes out of portrait while gliding with Elytra

The Character comes out of the portrait while gliding and having your inventory open.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a World(Creative mode)
2.Acquire an Elytra
3.Glide from a mountain
4.While gliding open inventory.
5.Move mouse around for weirdness.
