minecraft keeps crashing, it wont let me get the windows 10 edition. It says the code was already redeemed but i didnt redeem it.

I cannot access minecraft. it will just keep crashing

I have had minecraft since march and its my favorite game but it has failed to launch and I was devastated. my friends say "join" and I say "I cant." I just want the windows 10 edition.

Minecraft just keeps crashing and I cant get the new windows 10 version because it says that it was already redeemed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open minecraft
2. click play
3. the crash happens
