Blank Enchanted Book from Fishing

Playing on LAN Play when I catch an Enchanted Book with Fishing, there is no enchantment on the book. Three out of three books I have caught had this issue. The name of the item is white instead of yellow like a normal Enchanted Book. Also the tooltip does not display any information about NBT tags.
