Snapshot failed chunk generation

In the latest snapshot I was creating a superflat world with the void preset, but two of the chunks from the stone platform were missing, no blocks were there (not just not rendering, it was air blocks; I checked).
I'm not sure why this happened, but it seems there's still lots of chunk errors in this snapshot :/
