The riding tag no longer works

since 15w41b works at the summon command of "riding" NBT is no longer an example /summon MinecartChest ~ ~1 ~ {Riding:{id:"ArmorStand",Small:1,NoGravity:1}} in the case is only a Minecart with a chest gespawn and no Armor stand
