Can't ride horses

I loaded a world from that i had been playing since 1.8 in snapshot 15w39c horses were working, but no in 15w41b you can't move the horses, i tried taking the saddles off and putting them back on it doesn't work.. I can't move the horse.

I tried this on a fresh world and the horses never get tamed.. At least as far as i've seen.
