Excessively slow boats

The boats are much slower than the old boats and boats are slower than the enchantment of Depth Strider II. This slowness does not seem intentional.

The enchantment is difficult to get when you start to play... But the boats are easy to get, but this slowness makes useless boats to the oceans.
