Nether to overworld travel buggy

I have a portal in the nether at my farm it connect to the start of the train system in the nether at -13 75 -1, when I come back through I appear at those coordinates in the over world rather than at the portal nearby as I once did, this is the same for each portal I have tested some times I will appear under ground or in the air.
