Texture Errors for 1.5 Mac OSX

Hoppers, Redstone Comparators, Block of Redstone, and Daylight Sensors, Nether quartz ore, nether brick (item), and all other quartz items have a white texture saying 'missing texture' This has been happening with written books for me since they were added (see pictures).
