Ocelots/cats partially broken in some ways

• You can feed ocelots when they are neutral. By neutral I don't mean when they go towards you with their head down while you hold food, but when they stand still or walk and not running away from a player.
If this is intended, it doesn't do anything anyway. They don't mate (see MC-65991). But if MC-65991 gets fixed, that fix will probably only be useful for ocelot farms, which seems quite useless since you can tame them instead.
Personally, I think making wild ocelots mate shouldn't be possible.

• Feeding tamed cats sits them down.

• A player standing still while attracting an ocelot still has a chance of scaring the ocelot.
