Skin Bugs On 15w40b

I started up a world in 15w40b. After a little bit I decided to view myself in third person. Strangely, my skin's second layer looked crazy. I have no idea why. I tried messing with some settings, but nothing helped. I have an image of the glitched skin in 15w40b and an image of the non-glitched skin in 1.8.8.
