Villagers Won't share potatoes or carrots if they have more than a stack in their inventory.

My automatic potato and carrot farms involve the use of a collection villager with a full inventory that the farming villagers try to throw food at. I noticed that sometimes my farming villagers would stop sharing food. I downloaded and installed a mod that allows me to see what's inside villager inventories. NOTICE: Bug was detected before mod was installed. I looked in the villager inventories and every time my farmers stopped sharing food, it was when they had more than a stack of potatoes or carrots in their inventory.
