Minecraft crash during the game

Hello,
Minecraft stops during the game without an error report.

*What actually happened was the game crash.
The minecraft window closes. The window does not close still at the same moment of the game.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. a lot of action in the game, like during fight (single player or multi-players)
2. often if i use shift + left clic of the mouse.
